Return Eligibility:
Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete. The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, innerwear, personal care items, and fragrances are not eligible for return or refund, unless received in damaged or incorrect condition.

Return Process:
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting our support team with clear photos or videos as proof. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

• If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds will be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Change of Mind:
Returns due to personal preference, size issues, or color variation may not be accepted. Minor color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Courier Policy:
If the customer refuses delivery without valid reason, the customer must bear two-way courier charges.
